3. Submit your request.
4. We’ll get back to you to go over the details, answer questions, and tailor everything to your wishes.
5. When everything feels right, we confirm your booking and secure your date.

Important Information

Safety

• Always follow your guide — reindeer move calmly, but we follow their pace and behaviour.
• Young children must stay seated during the sled ride.
• Your guide will choose safe, quiet trails depending on conditions.

Clothing & Gear

• Dress warmly in layers (merino + winter outerwear works best).
• Winter overalls are available for rent — let us know in advance.
• Warm drinks and snacks are included.

Requirements

• Suitable for all ages; children must be accompanied by an adult.
• This is a private activity — just you and your group.

• Gloves, hat, warm boots
• A small backpack if needed

Weather & Cancellations

• Weather can shift quickly; we may adjust timing or route for comfort and safety.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before.
• Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
